Covid19 is real and I’m scared of it! I have three friends battling it and not at work today but recovering. Thank God! None of them contacted the virus at a restaurant, but a hospital, bank and family dinner.
I was surprised at how low the contact rate was in NYC at 1.4 percent of 40,000 infections from visits to restaurants.
The Restaurant community is taking a hit of restrictions not based on facts but arm chair quarterbacking and that is nonsense. I’m seeing many businesses take efforts to keep diners safe. I wanted to share with y’all a few steps being used in a city that has no restaurant capacity requirement( but they have made adjustments).
Yes, Sam Page restaurants have been doing the right thing maybe you need to focus on airline seating restrictions and the Big Box stores that seem to create a greater danger to our health.
