The Mighty Vine 30-acre glasshouse is located just outside of Chicago in Rochelle, IL. Nearly 30 feet high and covering over 14 football fields, the structure uses diffused glass and radiated heat, keeping the air at a perfect temperature to create great tasting tomatoes year-round.

Flavorful

Grown under pristine conditions with maximum sustainability, our tomatoes are picked fresh and delivered to the market in hours, not weeks. Because of this speed, we are able to offer varieties with the most delicious flavor, not ship-ability.

Sustainable

The next-generation hydroponic process includes drip irrigation, using only 10% of the water of field-grown tomatoes and eliminating the runoff of fertilizers into surrounding waterways. Mighty Vine uses integrated pest management to control harmful bugs and use bumblebees to naturally pollinate our plants, creating a natural ecosystem.

Tomatoes on the Vine (TOV)

The MightyVine TOV is a great tasting slicing tomato used for burgers, sandwiches, and salads. Picked at peak ripeness, this tomato is full of vibrant flavor and color. Sweet with mild acidity.

Cherry on the Vine

The Robinio is the perfect pop in your mouth tomato with incredibly sweet flavor and ideal for snacking. Also great in salads, sandwiches and cooking. This delicious tomato delivers on taste.
