We are aware of the issues going on with available eggs. We rotate our birds out every 14 months and our supply is steady but need a few more weeks (March 10th) until our hens are back to full production. From the time eggs hatch to full production its a six month window. Therefore we expect this shortage of egg laying chickens to last awhile for consumers nationwide. We feel your pain and will continue to do everything in our power to keep egg prices fair.
